Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Vibe and Flow Event. The Vibe and Flow event will be held Friday, August 30th, 2024 from 6:30 PM to 11PM/12AM. VENDOR FEES/APPLICATION POLICY

The vendor fee is $40 (non-refundable), and the venue will provide 8ft table and chairs. If your vendor request is not approved due to capacity, or multiple "same product" vendors, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your vendor fee refund to be returned. Your vendor space will not be held until you receive your approval email, and you pay your vendor fee.

VENDOR SET-UP/BREAK-DOWN POLICY

Staff will not be available to help set up. If additional people are needed for set up, please plan accordingly.

MARKETING/ADVERTISING

The Vibe and Flow Event will begin marketing the event on our social media platforms and via email several weeks prior to the event, with additional marketing and advertising beginning the week leading up to the event. We strongly encourage you, as the vendor, to market your participation in the event on your social media platforms and/or website.

The website for the venue is www.loveandlaughvenue.com and we will be using the hashtag #loveandlaughvibeandflow.

We ask that you only use the marketing materials provided by the venue to promote on your social media and/or website unless given written consent to use other marketing materials.

VENDOR CONDITIONS OF LIABILITY

• The Love and Laugh Event Venue Vibe and Flow Event reserves the right to change the time of the event. If this is done, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• The Love and Laugh Event Venue Vibe and Flow Event reserves the right to cancel an event. If this is done, you will be notified as soon as possible and given a participation credit.

• The Love and Laugh Event Venue is not responsible for any of your merchandise/belongings that become lost, stolen, or damaged.

• The Love and Laugh Event Venue is not responsible for any physical or mental reactions you may have to food, drink, or substances you consume at the Vibe and Flow event.​

• By participating in any of our events, you agree to not hold the Love and Laugh Event Venue liable for or take any legal action against them for any physical or mental reactions you may have to food, drinks, and substances you consume at the Vibe and Flow event.

• The Love and Laugh Event Venue is not responsible for any injury you may sustain during an event and by participating in any of our events, you agree to not hold the Love and Laugh Event Venue liable for or take any legal action against them for any injury you sustain during the Vibe and Flow event.

CANCELLATION FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER

The Love and Laugh Event Venue will only cancel for inclement weather under the following conditions:

• Heavy rains/high winds

• Lightning/electrically storms

If it is necessary for The Love and Laugh Event Venue to cancel, vendors will be notified no later than 11 AM on the morning of the Vibe and Flow event and will be given the option of crediting their vendor fee to pay for an upcoming event, or they can request that their fee be returned. All fees will be returned within 7-10 business days.

CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR
During the Vibe and Flow event, you and anyone associated with your brand must adhere to the following code of conduct:​

• No smoking is allowed on the property or in the venue. If you want to smoke, you must go outside to a designated smoking area. The use of illegal substance is not allowed in or around the venue.

• Do not play your own music.

• Do not engage in any physical or verbal altercations. Anyone seen fighting (whether physically or verbally) will be asked to leave the event immediately and may not be allowed to participate in future events.

• Do not damage the venue in any way.

• Clean up after yourself and properly dispose of any trash you generate.
